Submit existing authorized app source through the public provisional workflow. The .app domain does not identify a hosting provider; no Vercel deployment or hosting account is needed for submission.

Tell your agent: Go to https://thatscool.app and follow its instructions to submit our apps. The agent reads https://thatscool.app/create/agent.md and the manifest, inventories authorized original source, prepares metadata, builds and packages the apps, and submits public provisional apps before the creator signs in. Ask once for an optional owner email, or use an address you have high confidence belongs to the owner. Continue without one if unavailable. No Git access, Google sign-in or second copied prompt is required to submit.

Use node submit.mjs batch --name "Creator name" --batch ./batch.json --credentials ./private/thatscool-creator-key.json --receipt ./private/batch-receipt.json --publish-provisional, optionally adding --email owner@example.com. The plan schema is rifflet.submission-batch/1 with 1–20 items: {package: relative/path/app.rifflet.json} or {manifest: relative/path/app.manifest.json, packageDir: relative/path/package}. Download package-validation.mjs beside submit.mjs for every batch, and submit-v2.mjs for premium uploads; an existing grant or owner-supplied subscription key is required. The helper creates and saves the private key, preflights packages before registration, journals uploads and resumes unchanged inputs. After a successful complete batch for a new unclaimed creator, it returns a private personalized preview/claim link. With an email hint, it attempts one provisional welcome when delivery is configured; provider acceptance is not inbox delivery. The email never assigns ownership.

Return public preview/share links separately from the private claim link. The human sees apps first, then can sign in with verified Google and explicitly claim them to manage apps and view private analytics. Future builder access after claim requires a separate explicit delegation. Keep keys and journals private; never ask for credentials in chat or extract browser cookies. Report actual email status: provider acceptance is not inbox delivery, and unknown dispatch must not be automatically resent. Partial batches remain incomplete.

Accepted builds and public metadata are immediately public provisional content; Main promotion and any exact-version discovery approval are separate explicit decisions. Never put a key in a URL, log, package or public artifact.

Premium needed? Use the owner-provided subscription key automatically: save it in a private file outside app packages and pass --subscription-key-file /private/subscription-key.txt to the batch helper. Do not put the key in a command argument, URL, uploaded source or logs. The helper requests the app upgrade before upload; Google sign-in is still after preview. Include --agent-name and --agent-model (or unknown), and --test-agent for platform testing. The helper persists an attempt ID and reports safe preflight/request failures for support. Download creation-context.mjs alongside submit.mjs.
